VPS ISP to avoid! Aug 31st 2012, 15:19 Got hit with a bill for $5K for TOS violations at TurnKeyInternet.net. I've been sending email for a while now, and that's the first time I actually got a bill based upon TOS violation. Now, I do have my guys check the TOS and make sure that specific per-incident or per-email violation penalties are not stipulated, but this one slipped through. So, these are a good group to avoid.
